1 | package | (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened | |

1 | cup | (8 ounce) sour cream | |
|
|||
1 | packet | (1 ounce) ranch salad dressing mix | |
|
|||
1 | package | (13 ounce) sundried tomatoes, julienne cut or chopped | |
|
|||
1 | can | (4 ounce) diced green chiles, drained | |
|
|||
3 | Tablespoons | fresh cilantro (9 sprigs) | |
|
|||
1 | lime, juiced to equal about 2 Tbsp | ||
|
Add cream cheese, sour cream, ranch salad dressing mix, sundried tomatoes, drained green chiles, cilantro and lime juice to a food processor bowl. Process for 30 seconds until well blended.
Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
