A hot lunch or light supper dish that couldn't be simpler
Yield: Makes about 2-1/2 cups
1 | can | Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | milk | |
|
|||
1 | can | (6-oz.) tuna, drained and flaked | |
|
|||
1 | cup | cooked peas | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | chopped pimiento | |
|
In saucepan, combine ingredients. Heat; stir often. Serve over biscuits.
Variations: add a dash of white wine, a quarter cup of fresh sliced mushrooms or a handful of slivered almonds for added flavor. Serve on cornbread squares or English muffins. Recipe compliments of Campbell's
