4 | cups | thinly sliced potatoes | |

8 | oz. | Velveeta, cut up | |

|||
1/2 | cup | chopped onion | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | dried mustard | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 8-10 minutes or until fork tender. Drain.
Toss potatoes and remaining ingredients in 2-qt. casserole; cover.
Bake at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted. Stir before serving.
